Good to know before you arrive
What to bring at pick-up
Driving Licence
Original only — no photocopies. Must be valid and held for at least 1 year. EU and international licences accepted.
Payment Card
A credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard). We do not block any pre-authorisation hold — it is used for identification only.
ID or Passport
Any government-issued photo ID. If travelling with additional drivers, each driver must present their own licence and ID.
