Pick your dates, choose your car, and submit your request. We check live availability when you book — if a car is free, your request is held for review.
All reservations are made by vehicle category. Mascot Car Rental does not guarantee a specific make or model. In the event that the reserved category is unavailable, we reserve the right to provide a vehicle from a higher category at no additional charge to the customer.
Drivers must be between 23 and 75 years of age. All drivers must hold a valid driving licence with a minimum of one year's driving experience. The licence must be presented at the time of vehicle collection.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards, and cash payments up to a maximum of €500. Card payments are not charged automatically at the time of booking. Full payment is settled at vehicle collection.
Mascot Car Rental does not place pre-authorisation holds on credit or debit cards. No security deposit is required.
Failure to collect the reserved vehicle without prior notice constitutes a no-show and will result in a non-refundable charge. Requests to amend reservation dates are subject to vehicle availability.
The minimum rental period is one (1) Day
We offer collection and delivery at Kos Airport, Kos Town, and Kos Port. A location surcharge of €20 applies for airport collection or delivery. Main office and port pickups are provided free of charge.
Our offices operate Monday to Friday to Sunday 08:00–21:00, Pickups or returns outside these hours are available upon request and subject to an out-of-hours surcharge of €25.
Additional drivers may be added to the rental agreement at a charge of €5 per day. All additional drivers must meet the same eligibility requirements as the primary renter.
Child seats are available at €5 per day and must be requested at the time of booking, subject to availability.
Vehicles are provided with Minimum 1/4 tank of fuel and must be returned with the same level. Any fuel deficit will be charged at the current market rate. Overfills are not refunded.
All rentals include unlimited kilometres at no additional charge.
In the event of an accident or incident, the renter is required to notify Mascot Car Rental immediately and contact the local police. A formal police report must be submitted to us upon vehicle return. Failure to follow this procedure may affect the validity of insurance coverage.
Third-party liability insurance is included in all rentals as required by Greek law. This covers damage caused to third-party property or persons and does not extend to the renter, passengers, or the rental vehicle itself.
Basic collision damage cover is included in all rentals at no additional charge. The renter remains liable for damage up to the following excess amounts. CDW does not cover tyre damage, damage to the vehicle's undercarriage, damage caused by negligence or misuse, or theft of personal belongings from the vehicle.

SCDW is an optional upgrade that significantly reduces the renter's excess liability. Charged at €9 per day for all vehicle groups.

FDW is our highest level of cover and eliminates the renter's excess liability entirely across all vehicle groups. Charged at €15 per day for all vehicle groups. In the event of damage, the renter bears no financial responsibility.
24-hour roadside assistance is included with every rental at no additional charge.
The maximum rental period per contract is 30 days. Rentals exceeding this duration require a new agreement to be issued.
